Out Front Group Aerial Mount For Cubby Cabin

Hi to all,
I have a Haines Signature 493F cubby cabin, I wanted to know or any idears, if you can buy a mount that will hold (2) arials (Radio + mobile phone) at about .400 mm apart, As l want to mount a HID search light in the middle, And at the back of the arial mount plate in the middle a center a pole about .400 mm high, that would hold the third arial (VHF).

You hight be right , as l don't want to drill holes in the side of my new boat.
