outboard bleed fitting 22-15133 at bottom of crankcase

This fitting is leaking thru a very tiny pin hole in the fitting itself. Pictures do not show threads on the new part. How to remove and install the new one?

It is pressed in..use pliers and pull and twist out and add thin film of blue Loctite to new and tap in.
