outboard bogs down and dies and wont start after 20 min of running it e15rcde

hi new to forums. i have a 1986 evinrude 15 hp the model number is e15rcde. the last two times I've taken my boat out fishing in the ocean the motor seems to run fine on my way out starts after i go to a few spots then after a long run it will start to slow at full throttle until it finally stalls out. after it stalls it will not start again no matter how long i let it sit. its left me stranded and ive had to be towed in twice by other boats. ive replaced the thermostat and impellor after the first time. it always is spitting water out of the tale even when bogging and up until it dies. plugs are new i checked the fuel filter im lost at this point as what to check or what the problem even is any help would be appreciated.

Fuel tank venting? If you pump the fuel bulb will it stay running? If you choke it briefly when bogging, does it help or kill it quicker?

ill have to check that out to see if thats the problem thanks for the reply

Also check the primer holds firms with engine off (that tests if the carbs are leaking into the cylinders and flooding it out.)

Also check the temp of the heads, if you put your hand on them they shouldnt be more than 160fareinheit.
