I know I paid $125 for a Yamaha cover. Make sure the cover has a soft inner liner. why not email them?

You may find it cheaper to get one made up at a auto/marine upolstry shop. You then choose colour design etc. No shipping involved etc.

Re: Outboard covers...

Hi to all,
So i tried to order...yes tried, two outboard covers for our two Honda motors (2010 BF2 and 2011 BF25) from Pro-Tech Marine in Quebec and i was shocked by the fact that they do not speak english but only french...i tried for 20 minutes to spell my name, adress, model and make of the outboards we have and whenever the person at the other end read it back to me is was mostly writen down wrong...i myself try very much to speak and write (i still make a lot of mistakes...) english best i know (my mother tongue is romanian but i had to study french...euro/parisian french,latin...and also heavy exposure to serbian...and then and only then english...Canadian type:D). What shocked my was the fact that this company advertises on American network (WFN)...so after my experience with Pro-Tech i don't think they sell much outside the french (Quebec) world...i did cancel our jebrish order. Anyways i found another Canadian (English this time...thank God ) company called Tough Duck Marine Ltd. out of Manitoba. So right after Easter i will call them to order our outboard covers...wheew...who though this can be so tough...maybe a duck .Does anyone here have used the Tough Duck outboard covers ?, they offer them in "original" paded with some fancy name stuff or you can have them made in Sunbrella stuff but at higher cost...
Thank you,
Dan

Re: Outboard covers...

Hi everyone,
dingbat, i did look on this site for covers but i'm trying to find a full cover for both motors. On iboats.com there seems to be just top covers and the only full covers they have is for the little one,i would like for the covers to match. The reason i want a full covers is to give the motors that extra protection whille beeing trailered as well as when they are on hibernation for the long canadian winters like the one is still sort of here (in the back yard...way in back side i still have a 1' of snow is nearly May:eek:).
Thank you.
Dan
