outboard electrical output?

hi i have ervinrude 1975 20 hp <br />it has an 2 pin electrical output on right side is this 4 charging a battery at 12 v<br />or what exactly thx alot

niander,<br /><br />Yes, if it's equipped with an alternator kit.<br /><br />The output would be 12V with about 6 amps.
