Outboard identification

I just inherited a Merc 9.9 four stroke that I am going to use as a kicker but it needs a little work. A service manual would be great but I do not know which to order. It is a

9.9 hp four stroke model no. 1F10311EK serial no. 0R672233 F9.9ELH. Can anyone help with the identification and specs or any rescources? I have not found any on the net.

Mercury lists their motors in serial number ranges.

Your's is listed as a 9.9 HP (4-Stroke) (209 cc).

Serial number range: 0R042475 & Up.
