Outboard maintance day, lower unit with pics, water impeller

Been meesing with fuel pump today and went for lower unit as it was not pumping water at idle through pee hole only 3000rpm range so. Motor was cold to touch so im not worried about over heat. Ive only changed out impeller before no gaskets and such. How do pics look orange part is burnt and from behind bulged little. Is there master kit i should get to replace all gaskets, is the job easy. Another pic shows rubber part with plastic thingy on bottom for shaft. Did not know rubber part existed lol had it apart couple times it was stuck up there. Still not sure why it was not peeing, should I silicone exhaust side?

Should have posted a pic of the impeller.That rubber is a grease seal.It's supposed to keep lube on the grooves.
Re-sealing is isn't easy.
You might have dirt/crud in the pee line.Back flush.J

impeller looks fine but other gaskets maybe not, orange one looks burnt. I did back flush stuck hose right in where thermostate goes. Did see few little rocks but really nothing much? Wonder if water is leaking through some gasket in exhaust? Ok put a straw up hole i guess there was some junk lol. Now I might just button the whole thing up. Silicone? Can i apply this anywhere that will mate up.

As far as I know, no silicone is needed...

Thanks got it back together. Think I fixed stalling issue at idle, float needle in carb was hung up and not allowing fuel into the motor. Cleaned it up hoping this will make her new again.
