Does anyone know what this tool is called? It is used to attach to the top of an outboard engine that has manual tilt and trim. It kind of hooks on and makes it easier for the operator standing inside the boat to lift the engine. I was told about it but have not seen one. I think it may have rope/chain or something with a handle on the operators end and you can hook it to the handle on the engine cover and pull on it to lift the motor?? If anyone might know what this is let me know, I want to buy one.
