Outdrive mount trolling motor

Does anyone have any experience with the engine mount trolling motor from Minn Kota.

I have heard from experienced boaters on this forum that trollers pull better than they push. Will this product work for me or will I wish I mounted something on the bow?

I think it depends on how you plan to use the troller, Mason.

If you plan to simply troll in a straight line the outdrive troller can be steered from the helm and you have a good seat.

If, on the other hand, you want to maneuver the boat the bow mount troller far outshines the stern mount in control.
