I have a 1992 sunbird with a 4.3, outdrive is cobra, and for the love of god I can not figure out why my lower end unit will not go down. I push the button on my control for the engine to go down and nothing not even a noise, and I press the button to go up and i hear the pump making a noise like it's running. I emptyed the fluid and put new in the pump and still nothing. is there somthing I am missing cause I'm out of ideas even if there is a manual online somewhere? thanks
