Re: Outdrive oil Frothey

yeah. when i filled it i checked the level and it was full. i first noticed it was frothey after i had the water hooked up to the engine and checked to make sure everything worked so i ran the outdrive for a few seconds. after i let it sit and then checked the level again and that is when i first noticed it. the oil is still clear and not milkey but i just dont know if this is normal. After we ran for 4 hours i let it sit and checked the level again and it was frothey still. Any help.

Does anybody know what might cause this or if it is bad?

Also there was a little bit of metle in the oil. I know everything inside is good because i just got done tearing it apart to check and then re-assbebling it.
