Outdrive serial number location?

Alpha 1 Gen II....... I see a serial number sticker on the transom plate, but where is the driver serial located please. Are the upper and lower units serialized separately?

Head up to the Adults Only sticky at the top of this forum. Download service manual #14 for the Gen II outdrives. It will answer about 90% of your questions.

Nope,... If there's a serial #,.. it's on the Upper...
