Today, the Mrs & I celebrate 23 yr's steering this marriage ship of ours together.

To keep this boating related, you could say it's like maintenance on your vessel, if you keep up with it, you'll enjoy more time having fun. If you don't...well, don't be so surprised when your plans go astray.
