Over Hanging Bag Bait well

I am trying to hook up my bait well. originally, before I got the boat, the well was connected by a thru hull intake valve. The faucet is now not working. I am trying to find another way to hook up an intake, otherwise I have to pay to haul out the boat to fix the thru hull connection. Is there a way to connecting a pump outside and pull water directly to the bag? or any other configurations?
