i have a 25 tiller,the motor runs great at low rpms to a little more,but after that the more rpms the motor gets the warning lamp comes on(over heat).I replace the thermostat already and still no goodthe water pump looks like its pumping water alright thanks for the help

on my 30, the temp and low oil is same alarm. if this is an oil-injected motor, maybe when you start to plane off, the oil level sensor senses low oil and not overheating . just a thought

YES IT'S THE SAME do you think that it might be the oil sensor gone bad

no, i mean maybe when the boat starts to plane, the oil goes to the back of the tank and the sensor thinks there's low oil.
