over heating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a 25 tiller,the motor runs great at low rpms to a little more,but after that the more rpms the motor gets the warning lamp comes on(over heat).I replace the thermostat already and still no good:(the water pump looks like its pumping water alright:confused: thanks for the help

Also Forgot To Tell You That A Lot Of Water Is Coming From The Upper Exhaust Just Below The Hood. Thanks

on my 30, the temp and low oil is same alarm. if this is an oil-injected motor, maybe when you start to plane off, the oil level sensor senses low oil and not overheating . just a thought

YES IT'S THE SAME do you think that it might be the oil sensor gone bad:confused:

no, i mean maybe when the boat starts to plane, the oil goes to the back of the tank and the sensor thinks there's low oil.
