My 90 v200 (oc219197) just all the sudden won't idle or launch. I was tryin to run out older gas and ran the tanks out on Tues and she was fine. I gassed up went out Wed. And she wouldnt go. I changed the fuel filter and looked at the plugs but they look ok. Went out Sat. And got the same thing. I then bumbed the enricher and she took off. Sound like dirty carbs? I thought the filter would catch anything that came though from the tank. Thank guys!

It'll catch junk, but it won't catch water. Most of any water should settle out in the sidement bowl, but it gets pretty thick with water when the tank is nearly empty and some will likely pass with the gas. If you literally ran the tanks dry with the motor running, as it was starving for gas it was pumping full oil. You may have carbs full of oil. In either case, draining the carbs sounds to be in order.
