Over Rich mixture on new 8hp HT

I have a brand new 8hp HT kicker, and it seems to be running extremely rich. It is hard to start, and idle. Increasing throttle for start gets it running, and but any quick twist of the throttle makes it die. I also see raw fuel on the water coming out the exhaust.

Is there a mixture adjustment screw, or any easy fix, without taking the motor off, and returning to dealer?
