Re: overheating
There is an exhaust port on the back of your V-4. When the motor is running, water should spray out of there. It should be warm and get your hand fully wet within a few seconds. After running hard, that water can be distressingly hot. Overheating is usually caused by a faulty water pump, but could be a thermostat.
