In europe we need a "CE" sign or "Handbuch f?r den Eigner = owner?s manual

It's my understanding owners manuals are hard to find IF they even exist. If your looking for operating instructions or a manual for an outboard or I/O they do exist.

Did any one remember seeing an owners manual for their Starcraft? Did any one get one with their boat?

the factory hasn't been much help to most folks but i wonder if this is where he should start....this is a much newer boat than most of us have. Hajo, have you tried ebay?

Surely, i had tried Ebay , but nothing.

My problem is:

6 years ago i had changed the Country from germany to Austria. And also i need a registration here in Austria.

The "officecratics" said to me, that i must need an owner?s manual.

No owner?s manual --- no registration.

man, sorry to hear that. so much for cooperation in the EU, eh? you're dealing with the world's standard for humorless authority when you move to austria, and it sounds like they're living up to their rep.

definitely try the factory, and tell em how much you're doing to increase awareness of their brand across the pond.
