My 2001 OX66 (200hp) runs perfectly. She starts and idles like new. I can even run wot for about 15-30 seconds before it starts gradually slowing down. It will get down to about 53 mph and stay right about there. It just started doing it one day. I run it two to three days per week every day of the year and all of a sudden this happened one day. I did get gas that morning at a Shell station that had just reopened after shutting down several months ago. So far I have:
1) new O2 sensor
2) new plugs
3) new primer bulb
4) vst screen checked (crystal clear)
5) new water separator filter
6) checked anti drain back valve between fuel filter and low pressure pumps
7) rebuilt low pressure pumps
8) new fuel lines from water separator to engine
8) fuel pressure is right at 35 psi
After all of this the problem still exists. Could there have been some water in the gas I bought and it only causes problems at wot? I'm stumped with this one.
