I have 2 boats - a 17.5 bowrider I/O that I am keeping (put in new stringers, transom, floor, motor mounts last year and looking forward to putting it in the water very soon)<br /><br />the other is a 14' or so fiberglass basic fishing boat - bench seats across, no steering. The hull on this boat is in very rough shape, but overall solid. there are gouges in the fiberglass and the paint is very chalky. I want to clean this boat up, fill the gouges and repaint with rustoleum.<br />What would I use to fill the gouges prior to painting?
