I think this White looks better,,saw one on ebay for $1000+ so i spent $40 on degreaser, primer ,sand paper, and white gloss paint and saved myself $960 =]

It looks great! Looks 10-15yrs younger...All you gotta do is change the evinrude sticker to a johnson!

good job.... I did the same thing with mine, except I painted the hood white and the motor and foot grey to match my boat....cost me about the same

I got the degreaser and primer from checker motors store, and the 220 grit sandpaper and "rust-oleum Professional high performance enamel" from home depot.
