Painting boat Seats

The seats in my pontoon boat have become discolored. We have used every cleaner known to man with very little results. My wife says there is a paint out there that you can paint the seats with. has anyone ever painted their vinyl seats? Has anyone ever heard of such a paint.

I used the SEM product with good results. It's been 3 seasons and the seats still look good. Not to mention unless they crack and fall apart, I only need to hit them with another coat of the dye if they start to show their age. My redo thread has photos.
