Hi all,
I'm will be painting the inside of a fiberglass fishing boat with Durabak and need some assistance with square footage.

The boat is 13 feet long and the width is 5 feet at the widest point.

A gallon of Durabak can cover 60 square feet.
I sure someone has paint a boat of this size before.

Thanks.

Nightvision,
A gallon will be plenty. I did the inside of my 19'boat with a gallon last spring. Make sure you read the directions and prep it then wash down with xylene.
I had a pint or so left when I was done with mine. I put the first coat on regular and the second pretty thick. I think you can't go wrong with this stuff!

Length x Width = sq ft (13' x 5' = 65 sq ft). Measure each section you are painting for exact total.

i love that durabak stuff ,,irealy works great.

its sticks like crazy though,,use gloves .

and also thin it with xylene and it will cover more, and make sure you mix it very well with a drill mixing atachment.
