I am a bit confused about paint.

If I understand the process to repaint, you sand off old, fill, prime, sand, prime and then paint. More or less.


For the bottom of the boat you prime and use what kind of paint?
Should I consider/use antifouling paint? This is what I really need at the moment.



I believe for topside I can even consider something like rustoleum

yep you got the process , and if your going to left your ride in the water more then 36 hours you need a antifoaling paint !! John
