I have a Volvo Penta 5.0GXi SN #4012115208 with a SX outdrive #4202099760 in a 2004 Stingray I bought used last year. Did not winterize because I used over winter here in Georgia. Engine compartment heater does good job for me.
Boat runs great but I am getting ready for spring service and am having trouble determining the numbers for some parts I need to acquire. Based on service records from the previous (original) owner, the bellows has never been replaced but the boat only has 112 hours to date including 45 that I put on it last year.
I am looking for all of the part numbers I need to replace bellows including all needed seals and o-rings. I also need numbers for o-rings for lower unit fluid change and o-ring number for outdrive dipstick. I would also like to get an impeller kit just in case. I am planning to service it in a couple of weeks and really hate to get started without all of the parts I need to do the job right. I have been reading alot on this forum and it think I have the mechanical ability to complete the work, I just really need some help with the part numbers. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
