As BRP is down, does anyone know if carb kit #434888 for Johnson 1998 90hp SPL which I ordered is the same as carb kit #439076 which I received.
Thank you

Re: Part numbers

don't tell 'em I told you, but ishopmarine.com also has the on-line parts lists/schematics.

btw, my black & red o-rings live in a small compartment in the garage, along with a few core plugs & assorted hardware....

Re: Part numbers

hello,

speaking of evinrude part numbers...

does anyone know or have the part number to a 1971 85HP evinrude outboard motor. no doubt each engine has/had a part number to disignate it.

on my engine title there is a # in the serial # blank that looks more like an evinrude part number. it certainly is not the serial # on the plate with the model #.

so that is why i am asking?

If I have any left over I will panic as I have never done this before. It is me and my manual fighting the cold, the dark and my wife telling me to take it to a mechanic.
Thanks
John
