Partial Winterize???

What should i do if i am going to pull the boat from the marina out of the water, yet plan on working on the engine and drive this winter. Boat will sit for about 3 or 4 weeks until i get to it, (inside a non heated garage.) Do i still need to do all the winterize steps or just drain the water. 88 omc cobra 305, fresh water cooled.

Don't forget to remove the Big Hose end on the waterpump.........<br />It'll hold quite abit of water.......
