Parts difference V4TL-14B v V4TL-13A

I have the V4TL-13A and I think it is a 1967, however how different is the V4TL-14B (1968) in way of parts?

electric choke system. Ignition system, 67 belt driven distributor, 68 under flywheel. fuel pump, under cowl throttle linkages
