Parts engine

Posted earlier newbie request for year and hp of engine. It's been determined that my engine is a 1986 60 hp 3 cyl engine, S/N A931265. What years and hp engines would be good for a parts engine. Been trying to determine by comparing parts on iboat but that is confusing and very time consuming. I know 60 hp would be ideal but sometimes we have to compromise. Thanks JH

Does iboats have an area for posting 'motors for sale'? Haven't found one. Don't want to step on our providers generosity in making this site available to us. JH

iboats is a marine retailer, JH. Would not really be a smart move to provide space for competition, now would it?

JB: I think you misinterpreted my question. I don't desire to sell my motor but was wondering if there is a place on this site that has, like used, motors for sale. Since that post I have found the used motors listing. Was wondering, just where I can find the rules that I agreed to when I signed up. JH
