Parts for AQ125, Volvo 2.1L / Penta 270, Fresh Water Pump rear seal, Bronze Bushing

I just replaced the impeller and that works fine, however the rear seal ( Part #12. on the illustration below - Sealing Ring P/N 827247), on the pump itself is now leaking and I need to replace it. When I take off the two pipes (intake/outlet) I assume there are o-rings or gaskets there - I need part #'s on those and also if anyone knows the size of the bronze bushing (#8 in the illustration) in the back of the pump assembly or part number on that bushing as it may need replacement as well.

By the way I'm in So California/Los Angeles Area if any stores or repair shops in the area have the parts, thanks for any help.
