I'm presently playing with a 1990 Bayliner Capri bowrider 2070. I spent the last few weeks learning about the usmarinepower force powerhead and the wonderful world of Dave Jones's ( not sure on the name)innovative L drive. Mine is running great but I would like to install a the Force 150 frisbee thrower into it. Is it possible? Does the 3, 4, & 5 cylinder powerheads have identical mating surfaces? Shouln't the L drive be designated as ( outboard/inboard/outboard )?

Re: Parts interchange for the force L-drive

The crank end is different on the L drive.
The only power heads that will work are the L-drive ones :(
