Fould a 470 mercruiser not too far away. Guy says it cranks but won't fire. Boat is trashed. Motor has an alt. conversion and a 4" heat exchanger, neither of which I have. Asking $400/loaded on my truck. I figure the heat exchanger alone is worth $300-350, alt. (new) runs $300 for the kit. everything else (carb, starter, hoses, etc.) is icing on the cake!
