Parts question , 81 Johnson 15hp

I put the 15 johnson in the barrel , yesterday , for a good once over and decarb .

I noticed that the fuel pump filter cover has a crack in it , and , is sucking air (along with the dry-rotted fuel lines...) .
Also , it squirts fuel when you pump the primer bulb .

I have decided to just buy a complete pump ( I like having spare parts handy..) .

My question is :
Is there a significant amount of quality difference between the Sierra pump ($39.99 @ Iboats ) , versus the OEM part ($78.95 from shop.evinrude.com ) ?
