Pee hole discharge 1982 25HP Johnson

Yesterday, I noticed that the water that comes out the starboard side of my motor wasn't too strong. I call it the pee hole on the top starboard side, because it is just a little (1/8 inch or so) stream. I just replaced the water pump, the drive shaft seals, and the water flies out the back two holes. Is there a hose or something that I need to look at? PS: Just checked under the cowl, and the tube goes into the top part of the crankcase, on the port side of the motor. Is this serious? I don't want to burn up my motor!

I believe the thermostat was stuck. I inserted a little needle like thing in both outlet holes. blew into the hose/tube, and banged on the crankcase side lightly. Left the tube off the crankcase side, started the motor and had about a 2 foot stream of water gushing out. Put the tube back on and had a nice steady stream coming out the pee hole out the bottom. Quick fix!
