As of last Spring 2002 they had a web site www.pennyanboats.com. They had moved their operation from Penn Yan, NY to Virginia where they are running another boat manufacturing operation that they bought. I was dealing with them to buy a new Penn Yan boat until I heard that their Penn Yan factory tooling was locked up by the government as of May 2002 in Penn Yan, NY. I contacted them via e-mail at pennyan@eznet.net. I really enjoyed my 1981 22 foot dual console Penn Yan boat and was going to buy a new one.
