Hi everyone, I saw this post from Don about not having to remove the entire drive assembly in order to replace the bellows on a 250 which was a HUGE relief when I saw this!

I'm stopping by and getting my replacement bellow tonight and should have things ship shape in a couple days (weather pending).
My question is after seeing Don's picture, the only part that needs to come off is the top part (which he is referring to as the upper gear box) the rest of the drive can stay in place. Are there any additional gaskets that I should get before I start this project?
Anyone else attempt this and have any extra tips or tricks that they came across?
