perfered wax?

What do you guys recomend for waxing your boats, I have a fiberglass 89. thanks

I've had very good results with 3M products. Not cheap, but worth it IMO.

Only wax your boat once maby 2 X a year
Other then that get it BUFFED.

The wax gets yellowed from the UV light and makes the boat look like its been out in the sun too long. Buffing will make it look and feel brand new.
My machanic is doing my entire boat b4 summer!

Just so i can make sure i understand just buff it do not wax it more than twice?What do you use to buff it with.i have a car buffer is that the same?

YES a car buffer is the same as a boat buffer and if you own it I bet you know how to use it then.

Yes just buff your boat to keep its luster..I would only wax it once a year really is all you will need. I wipe my boats down each and every time I pull them out of the lake after each use. I have NOT waxed my 07 185 at all yet since I picked it up last July.

I use DUCKY cleaner and wipe the boat down. It is stored out in my garage and out of the sun. MY 2755 Cruser will be gettign a buff job before it gets warm again I will problably wax the parts more exposed to the sun to protect the buff job but then thats about it. My 2755 has some oxidation and what I have seen on some hidden parts that were test buffed, it came back as new as my 07 so Im going to have it doen before summer.
