PIC of Oil Water or Oil

I dont know if this photo is good enough but I wanting some opions on if this gear lub is watery or just aireated.. I only ran the motor on the ears in the main reason I am asking and have never seen the oil wi this low of hours.

Still no photo's but, water should not be in the gear oil. You have a seal failing somewhere. If in doubt drain it into a glass container or a clean 2 liter soda bottle, let it sit overnight and by morning you will know for sure.

someday I too will master posting pics,but until then ......

change the oil and use the boat.After awhile,drain it,look at it.

Advice above is great,but basically look at it.

You'll know if water is there.It won't look like what you put in,but it should.

Postthatpic.com, is very easy to use and free also.

Just download to their site, and then you can get the link to post here.

If its at all milky looking ,you have water intrusion.

Check the little plastic washers/ seals , on fill /drain screws . They are often the culprit .
