Double check your model number - I can't find that number under any model year for an 18hp ERude. Its probably 18603 - which is a 1966.
Compressions at 130 psi are great. Value is tough to say without knowing more about the condition of the motor. There is a company in Florida that asks about $1,100 for a fully restored and repainted vintage 18hp, but I have to wonder how well they do selling them. I would think that $300 to $500, depending on mechanical and cosmetic condition, would be about right.
