This is a first for me so...don't laugh. It's not complete yet - still need to make some cuts in the back diamond plate sheet for storage hatches, but I took it out and she rides real nice. And very sturdy with the 2"x2" aluminum angle irons and marine plywood underneath for support.

My next step is to mount my seat bases...any help in optimizing their placement for the best configuration would be appreciated. I was thinking 3 down the center, and maybe for later adding 4 more (right and left of the center bases at the middle and rear sections).

And another question: Should I silicone seal the edges around the front deck or leave them open for quicker drying?

Looks good. Did you leave it bare or coat the decking?
