Pictures only uploading one at a time, erors on almost every submission

I waited a few weeks - now several - to mention anything because I didn't want to pile on. But the photo uploads seem to be pretty broken, only allowing 1 at a time and sometimes only accepting a picture after multiple attempts. The site also spits out errors upon almost every topic reply. Sometimes taking your reply and posting it - but then telling you that there was an error with your submission. "There has been a database error, and the current page cannot be displayed. Site staff have been notified" Then when you re-submit it tells you that you've already submitted that information.

Also - there are very long hang times with any submission - but certainly submissions with uploads. There seems to be a lot of problems around pictures.
One reason I mention this now it that my account has been like this since the change and hasn't gotten any better or worse. Thought you should know.

Nothing new, all known problems, studioq. The staff is working on them. For some reason pic uploads work better for some users and not so good for others. In the meantime, try using Photobucket or another photo hosting service. For PB, copy the IMG code and paste it in your message for a nice large pic.

However I just posted to a forum thread and did not get the error, and the post was accepted almost immediately.

Thanks, Jacalore. This has been a tough one to fix. You are not alone, all of us get this from time to time, It seems to depend on how many folks are accessing the Forum at one time. vBulletin is working on a fix, but they haven't found it yet. iboats support is also working hard to find a solution as well. It is much better than it was, just hang in there. It will be just a memory, very soon we all hope. Thank you.

I just uploaded a bunch of pix by using the camera icon. To load multiple pix, you need to select all the pix(max 5) using your control button.... You may get an error, I was getting a sizing error, just hit ok and continue on. Seems the error didn't prevent me from loading.....
