pinpoint 3700 help

Could someone tell me how to wire this trolling motor. There is nothing in the owners manual about it there are two white wires and two orange wires with nothing written on any of them. also I am in need of a prop for this motor will any of the motorguide props fit it. any help would be appreciated.

both orange go to hot both white go to ground.
sure would like to have a copy of your owners book!

If there are four wires (2 white and 2 orange) that's probably a 24 volt motor so you need two 12 volt batteries with one pair (one white and one orange) wired to each battery. Check the foot control for a 12/24 switch to confirm this. Connecting both white and both orange wires to one battery will result in 12 volt operation.

Bet he already has it fixed or sold.
