Placement of impeller on 175 johnson

Hi, I cannot seem to get all the blades facing nice and pretty in one direction? The manual shows a nice pic of them looking good? Do I need to worry about this? Strange 175 88 long shaft johnson v6

Hi Shelby<br /> Yes you do need to worry about this. Install the empeller on the shaft, then bring the housing down on to it while turning the shaft. Turn shaft in direction of engine rotation. It will slide right in.
