The plans are out there, have you looked/asked on the Classic Glastron websites?

only thing I've found so far was a hand drawing with metric measurements! I have decided to just make my own and I've drawn this up to illustrate what I'm doing.......

Similar back to back design except for the rear part will be more like a chase lounge!

Cool idea! I can't help you out on how to do it, but I'll be watching to see what comes up. I just wanted to give my $.02.

That is a very cool idea! I thought about making my own back to backs for my project but I just can't add anymore weight to the boat:)

I like your idea. Good Luck

Thanks guys,

I'll post some pics when I get the seats made out of plywood, I'm going to go with 3/16" plywood for the seat backs and tops, but I'll go with 1/2" for the seat bottoms and sides. Framed in with 1x2s, 1x4s, and a use of outdoor deck screws to hold it all together.

I'm going to keep the sides open to the outboards for storage purposes. Essentiallly I'll have a plywood bench and bucket seating with custom cushions that will velcro in place on the bucket backs and bottoms as well as bench bottoms for the chase lounges! Easy cleanup and EASY to remove for winter storage! The plywood will be sealed then painted with an outdoor paint.....I'll have some yearly maintanance but that's O.K. Plus this keeps how much I have to sew at a minimum!!
