Plastic prop replacement?

Well, after changing the fuel hoses on my 78 gnat 4hp, she started up on the third pull! Ran great in the barrel of water, impeller seems to be working just fine. The one question is, it came with a blue plastic prop. Was this standard on this, and do they make a metal replacement for it? I will be using it for duck hunting, and wanted something more durable. Will a metal one hurt the performance? Thanks..

The correct prop for that engine is 48-70453A1. It's plastic and there aren't any metal alternatives, that I can see in my manual.... It's also a left hand rotation, which would also reduce the possibility of a metal one being available....

Wouldn't a shotgun be more suitable for duck hunting?
