Please-1987 Johnson 140 hp Help

I have a 78 Johnson 115 low compression. I found a 87 johnson 140 is there any isuse's that i should know about before i buy. It's coming from a marina. So I trust them but just wanting to know more about the motor in general.

Well the 140 is a great motor I can say that. Coming from a marina hopefully it has at least a short warranty. I would run the snot out of it during that period.
