Please explain, somthing odd I saw on a 1996 Volvo IO

In my quest for the right cuddy to suit our needs I saw something odd on a 1996 Volvo IO. It was behind a 1996 Chris Craft concept 200. Ford 351 v-8 Holley 4 barrel. On the outdrive it said Douprop on one area and DP on another. But it only had one propeller on it??? I've not looked at many Volvo IO's yet. Is normal sometimes or did someone change shafts on the lower unit?

If you have the engine serial number, I can maybe find out what it was originally. before it was messed with.

I did pass on it. Just in case I look at another Volvo I wanted to comfirm that something was odd. Thanks for replies.

Lowers are interchangable on those, not necessarily a problem.

There isn't much to go wrong exchanging a a duo lower with a single prop and unless the reason it gone changed is becuase it got smacked pretty hard, there really isn't an issue.
