Please explain the diferent VP outdrive models

I have a fair knowledge of the Mercruiser line up, the differences between and Alpha, Bravo, Bravo 2 and a Bravo 3.
What is the corresponding model names and features in the VP line? What is A Gi for example? or a Gxi?
