ok i first bought the boat and rand good for about 1/2 hour. Next day i took it out and ran for 2 min and starting stalling until it never started again. one person advise me to clean the carb and that's what i did. After a good clean up, it kept having the same problem(NOT STARTING) only injecting fuel directly to the carb so just for a few seconds. i took the carburator to a shop and the guy without even looking at it told me to get a new carburetor but i really don't knowwhat to do. the engine is an 84 mercury 35 hp. the main problem i think is that is not sucking gas from the carb reserve tank to the actual carburetor. (fuel pomp seems to be working there is gas comming in and out of it. Is the little hose that goes from the carburator small tank where the floater is to the inside of the carburator allways empty. Please any suggestions??thanks guys
